We are your unbiased solution for property inspection and technical consulting.  An Engineering or Construction firm is always trying to point out all of the defects of a property hoping they will get to do all the repairs, upgrades or remediation.  We don’t do that kind of work and can provide you with a fair and balanced assessment of the property’s actual condition.  Our focus is always in the best interest of our client, not pushing costly repairs, upgrades or remediation.
