Commercial Property Consultant

Responsibilities
- Inspecting and assessing commercial and industrial property and equipment;
- Conducting technical research;
- Developing costs of remediation and future maintenance;
- Writing and reviewing reports;
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or other technical field
- Extensive experience designing and/or maintaining commercial and industrial properties and equipment;
- Solid understanding of building structures, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and industrial equipment;
- Professional demeanor;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Self-starter and ability to work remotely
